If You Have Been Robbed Report It

If you have been robbed in Yoville, take note of the date and time.  Send all of your information to the good people at Zanga.  You can contact Zynga here:  Contact Zynga

Here is the email address I sent my information to:  support@yoville.com   

Do not spam them with a bunch of emails. They will ban you from the game. Send one email. Include:

  • your real name
  • your yoville name
  • your myspace ID number – not your profile name. Find the profile numbers by logging into myspace, then click on the profile link. They need the profile numbers, but you can send the entire URL.
  • Facebook users – I don’t know what information they need from you, other than your real name.
  • The date and time you were robbed or scammed. Be sure to send them your time zone.
  • Try to list the items taken from your account.
  • Be Honest.

It might take a few days for the support team to send you an email.  Follow the directions in the email. Do not continue to bug them with “I’ve been robbed’ email messages. This clogs up the system, and slows down the process.

Do NOT give your password out to anyone.  The good people at Zynga do not need your password to help you with this problem. If anyone asks for your password, they are scamming you!

    i got scammed a lot of stuff in the past count it all up it would be all worth 80000 coins and 50 yocash but the real problem is people keep sending me these mean messages threatning me and calling me bad names and bragging how rich they are now that they stole my stuff and money i need to report them one name is courtdawg if u see her report her shes a scammer and she horrasses me and also look for Bev

    The yoville people DO NOT use anonymous as a username. They NEVER need to ask your password or your birthdate. Is people braindead??? Look at what happens… you give anonymous your info and more of your stuff dissappears… gee wonder why. BECAUSE HE IS A HACKER!!!! that is why! DO NOT give out your password, email, birthdate, etc! Don’t be fooled by people who can’t play a game fair and have to steal your info to gain wealth. And to you Anonymous, does it make you feel big to steal from people, it’s a freakin game moron! Grow up, get a life and play it for what it is… a game. Go do something meaningful with yourself…. go try to rob a bank and get shot for stealing.     its my 3rd time, iv reported it all d time, iv requested yocash 4 times to my mobile and not credited to yoville account, but got no result, i gave up, today went in, had 498 yocash i only purchased last night, to find only 2 yocash, no clothes , hairs, or pets, collectibles, and to make it worse, the person can control my avater while im on after changing my account details numerous times, my partner as left me temporary till i leave yoville because of our financial problems with it, i had all mafia/police , monkey , every costume and hair style and color< iv spent 8 thousand euros on yoville in last 3 mths a joke and sad in know, but its making me ill and sick and my kids are ignoring me because im not contacting a solicitor to get it reported and investigated, its i dunno im so upset i cant talk, i feel foolish and stupid, i just needed to clear my chest is all ty xxxx hope someone understnds im not nuts just love (ed) yoville, my email i was hacked on is sharodev_utd@yahoo.com my new one is listed above xxxx take care , play safe sharon,

I have gotten hacked and scammed and of my stuff got taken away… I got hacked like a couple of months ago at like 4 something, but i couldn’t find a good site to email you. I also got scanned by a guy named llwinterll (that’s his profile name). He actually scanned me at around 11 today. llwinterll also said if he scanned me i only hve 48 hours left of yoville, so that’s not good. I live in Georiga. I had nomi malone blonde and brown hair. i had the blonde and brown richelle. I also had the brown legends hair, a limo, a yorkie, a bulldog, and a parrot, i had 6 HUGE houses, and diva hoops and all the accessories (SHADES AND HANDHELDS AND WINGS etc…) and most of their hair… i also got scammed of money. i had 500,000 coins and 400 yocash. . This is a waste of my time and mine and my parents money and you need to do something about this and help me get my stuff back please. THANK YOU!

    I was robbed sometime in April. I reported it to customer support at that time, but my report was never acknowledged. I lost the aquarium table that cost 19,999 coins, my cat which was a gift from my daughter, 2 rabbits, the Christmas waterfall tree, and several other small items that I cannot remember today.     I was at an event called ” Acc trade center ” and while i was there this girl said she was selling a v-day balloon its a heart and it was pink she said for 8,000 coins soo as we were trading i seen the item put the 8,000 in and as i went to change to put it on it isnt there soo now i lost half my money , and i am sick of all these scammers/hackers … I think there should be somebody watching out for people like that … Its pathectic , i dont really remember her user name or anything , all i know is she had nomi malone hair brown on (not tht much info but all i recall) I know there is nothing going to be done about it , but thought u should know … Thank – you

    I got scammed a High School handheld diploma for a yoville account! I also got scammed Megan St Patty’s glasses back in august, and was really upset about it. Also got scammed for best gift wins. She didn’t give me the “acc (short for acceccories)” but instead she kicked me out of the room!
